(“DeepMarkit” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V:MKT) is pleased to announce that it has received a filing receipt from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) with respect to a provisional patent application relating to its innovative FetchBot™ (“FetchBot”) marketing and promotions platform. The Corporation’s first provisional patent application outlines the core technology of the FetchBot system and method which enables the efficient and cost-effective generation of “Do It Yourself” customized games for use in advertising, marketing, promotion and similar industries, without requiring specialized knowledge or ability in game development. The provisional patent application was prepared by the Corporation and its intellectual property counsel at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Ottawa.
